Big bag emptying stations can be classified based on the method of handling the bag and offer numerous accessories, including:

Operating Principle
Using the control panel, the big bag is lifted from the front of the structure, moved over the hopper, and lowered until it adheres to the gasket. The bag is automatically cut by the cutting system and is ready to begin the emptying cycle.
Construction Features
The structure is designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEM), complying with UNI EN 288-4 welding process standards. It is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, while the vibrating hopper is made of stainless steel 304 or 316L. The unit is equipped with a vibratory motor, Demag hoist, fabric vent filter, integrated electrical panel, EPDM rubber or silicone gasket, and an inspection door on the hopper.
