Operators are protected from the accidental fall of big bags during the emptying operation. The operator simply needs to hang the big bag on the structure and proceed with the transfer via screw conveyor or pneumatic system, up to a maximum weight of 2,000 kg.

Operating Principle
Using a forklift or crane to lift the big bag and hang it from the top of the structure, the frame must be previously adjusted to the correct height. The big bag is automatically cut by the cutting system, and the emptying cycle begins.
Construction Details
The structure is designed using finite element analysis (FEM), complying with UNI EN 288-4 welding process standards. It is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, while the vibrating hopper is made of carbon steel or stainless steel 304 or 316L. It is equipped with a vibrator, fabric filter for ventilation, an integrated electrical panel, silicone or EPDM rubber gasket, and an inspection door on the hopper.
