The AT4-JET mobile filter is available with an airflow capacity of up to 3,000 m³/h; with or without a suction arm, and comes standard with an automatic cartridge cleaning system using compressed air jets.
They are ideal for extracting and filtering a wide range of dusts, including fumes generated from grinding, particles of various sizes, and small amounts of chips. Constructed with powder-coated steel panels, they are designed for primarily indoor use.
Operation involves drawing dusty air through a side inlet with a powerful integrated fan. Heavier particles are trapped in the calm chamber and collected in the first container. An intricate labyrinth, along with high-efficiency filter cartridges, completes the filtration process by capturing any remaining fine dust particles, which are collected in the second container. To ensure high suction capacity and minimal noise levels, these systems are equipped with a high-performance fan positioned on top of the unit, while purified air is expelled through an upper grille. Additionally, the "Dustblaster Pro" automatic cleaning system uses compressed air to ensure optimal cleaning of the filter cartridges, maintaining high efficiency. The TU model features a single collection tank, while the TC-M model uses Ultraweb Donaldson cartridges made of cellulose/nanofiber, suitable for thermal cutting applications.
