Our range of pneumatic transport with Bart-one propulsor provides flow rate up to 20ton/hour according to the length of the pipe line and material and offers capacity of up to 900 lt. It s also possible to transport material at high temperature up to 200° C.
Pneumatic conveying with bart-one propulsor
The pneumatic propulsor Bart-on is the ideal solution to transport materials up to 50 mt with capacity of 80 lt and for pressures up to 4,5 ( tested up to 6 bar complying with PED norms - Europeans directives for pressure items).
Bart-one propulsor provides capacity of 2 ton/h with inflow funnel of of 200 mm diameter and outflow funnel of 2", 3", 4".
It has been designed for standard transport or for vacuum transport, it is the ideal solution to transport materials through full pipe for fragile and abrasive materials, or blends. Besides, it can be used as dosing system on scales.
The series pneumatic transport Bart-one are available in 4 different capacities: 150, 300,600 and 900 ltAll of them with a flow rate from 3 to 20 ton/h. They are equipped with an advanced system control of the inlet air. They are the ideal solution to transport up to 70 mt and to pressure up to 6 bar. They've got an inflow funnel of 200-205 mm diameter.
